Modular Built Around Homes,
Portadown
This home incorporated both our expertise of mobile home manufacturing and timber frame construction by producing a permanent constructed modular home. This process involved manufacturing the clients home at our factory in complete modules and delivered to site. When sited into position, the concrete tiles where applied to the roof with an external block applied and then the dash finish. The internal fit out of the home at our factory included full electrics, plumbing, internal doors, fitted kitchen and complete bathrooms. This process accelerates the programme of house building by eliminating work on site.
